As we embark on this upcoming 2024-2025 Senate Basketball season, and looking forward to experiencing the enthusiasm and school spirit during the basketball games. In our ongoing commitment to the safety of our students, staff and guest, we have decided to take additional steps to improve security at all indoor and outdoor CMSD sanctioned events.

  • No bags or backpacks will be allowed into the gymnasiums during basketball games. This policy applies to ALL STUDENTS and ADULTS attending basketball games.
  • The following bags are permitted under the current bag policy:
  • Small Clutch Bags
  • Clear Plastic Bags that do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”
  • Gallon Size Clear Plastic Bags
  • Camera Bags
  • Medically Necessary Items

*Any other bags or containers, including, but not limited to, backpacks, drawstrings cinch bags, coolers, fanny packs, computer bags, briefcases, or luggage are prohibited.

  • There are no provisions for leaving prohibited items at the entrance. CMSD will not be responsible for items left behind, lost, stolen or damaged and reserves the right to deny entry to any basketball game to any person not complying with this policy.

We will continue to monitor and evaluate our safety procedures and share any new additional changes in the future. We appreciate your understanding and support to ensure safer environment for our students and guest.
